How to Heat Up Pre-Made Arepas
We sell frozen Arepas. You should keep them in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy them. To heat them up, follow the steps below:

- Take frozen arepas from your freezer and place them into the toaster slots. One per slot.
- Set up your toaster to maximum heat level and proceed to heat them up.
- Once you have finished, repeat this process. Do not worry you will not burn them
- Split in half the arepas and add any filling combination you may want to try such as ham and cheese. Also remember you can purchase from us Shredded Beef, Black Beans or Pernil that goes fantastic with arepas.
